A Special Day in my Life!

Today is considered to be a rare day in the Calendar due to the fact of “Leap Day” which comes once in every four years or during a leap year.  So, what exactly is it and why is it special to anyone? Well, i am not going to explain about it and this interests only those who follow the Gregorian Calendar.

Special Day in my Life as i feel greatly honored by the students.  You can achieve or earn more than anyone can imagine or even consume everything but it is not worth when you can not stand or speak for others. Nobody is superior, nobody is inferior, but nobody is equal either. People are simply unique, incomparable. What ever happens now is happening for some reason and the truth has to be lived only in the innermost of your being!

With all due respect and permission of the student, i wish to share the e-mail i received but i don’t wish to reveal the identity of anyone in it.  I can never hurt or endanger anyone for my personal gain or pleasure.  As of now, a glimpse of the letter and the rest ……

Hi Sir,
I am a student you have been teaching the past 2 years, ………….. I am writing this mail to inform you that all the students are devastated by the way you are treated by our University.
There was a survey carried out at the end of the exams where we had to fill in what we thought about each professor in our department. I can assure you that you are the only one many students including me wrote good about and look at the situation you are in now? Shows how effective that survey was, i feel stupid for filling it in the first place.
All the students in media have been frustrated with the department since………….left, but we can’t do anything about it, especially since we don’t even know who to go to. There is not a single professor we can even talk to in Manipal. No one will help us. The students are not satisfied with the faculties, there is so much of politics inside and its affecting our education, but at this point we can’t do anything, many of us just want a Degree and hope that in the future we will experience education and knowledge in a much much better way.
………to be continued.

    Dear Sir,

You've thought me well in the two years that I've been in the university.
If it is of any help, then you must know that the students of the media department are fully aware of what has been done against you and how wrong it was.
We all very well know, the faculty we're being thought by are not even eligible to do so.

Your not alone, you have those 100 students behind you who you've educated. Maybe at this point most of us can't do anything but we're fully aware of the truth.

You're fighting for justice and we're proud of you. What goes around comes around and what the university has done, they'll get a pay back.

Fight for your rights Sir, its been a while since someone has stood up for what's right.
You were the best faculty and we do miss you. You may not know but in a million ways you've helped us students.
